PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging lens for a solid-state imaging device whose optical performance is excellent, whose performance degradation is restrained to be little with respect to temperature change and which is inexpensive and compact by appropriately arranging a glass lens and a plastic lens. SOLUTION: The imaging lens forming an image on the solid-state imaging device is constituted of three lenses. It is constituted of a first positive lens (L1), an aperture diaphragm (ST), a second positive lens (L2), and a third negative lens (L3) whose concave surface faces an image surface side in order from an object side. Either the first or the second lens (L1 or L2) is the glass lens and the other is the plastic lens, and the third lens (L3) is the plastic lens. The lens constitution satisfies a conditional expression: 0.3<f/fG<2.6 (f: the focal distance of an entire system, and fG: the focal distance of the positive glass lens). COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
