PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet piping unit for a bulk storage tank allowing easy assembling work at an installation site and eliminating the need for pipe measuring and screw-cutting work by unitizing pipes to be assembled to the outlet of the bulk storage tank, and a connection method using the same. SOLUTION: The connection method using the outlet piping unit A for the bulk storage tank and a union flexible pipe comprises drilling holes in both screw pipes 1 at positions of assembling at least four valves, a shut-off valve, a preliminary valve, a drain valve and a pressure meter root valve, joining single screw pipes 2 thereto with welding, assembling a valve 3, a pressure meter 4 and a cap 5 therein, and combining a supporting frame 6 and a U-bolt 11.
