PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular body fixing tool capable of fixing an accident car wherein a projecting side of a lower surface side edge tilts to the inside and an accident car wherein the projecting side is suspended in a generally vertical direction, expanding use range, facilitating handling, saving a manufacturing cost, and easily being managed/stored. SOLUTION: The vehicular body fixing tool is composed of a base body portion 1, a supporting member 2 arranged so as to stand on an upper surface of the base body portion 1, and a clamp 3 attached to an upper end portion of the supporting member 2 and gripping a proper part of an accident car C lower surface. The supporting member 2 is tilted at a required angle in regard to a horizontal surface in a vertical surface orthogonal to a gripping surface of the clamp 3, and provided so as to be fixed at a tilting position.
