PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print head and an inkjet recording apparatus, which form a high-quality image by enhancing reliability and stabilizing the ejection of ink. SOLUTION: The print head 1 is equipped with a nozzle member 2 wherein a plurality of ink ejecting holes 7 are provided in an aligned state and which constitutes an end surface of an ink pressurizing chamber 12, a chip member 3 wherein an ink ejecting means 9 for generating ink ejecting energy is provided in a part facing the holes 7 of the nozzle member 2 and which constitutes the other end surface of the chamber 12, and a passage forming member 4 for forming an ink passage 14 which is joined to the chip member 3 so as to supply the ink to the chamber 12. The member 4 is formed of a material with corrosion resistance against the ink, high thermal conductivity, low linear expansibility and high rigidity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
