摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of temperature control by adopting a heat insulating material to reduce heat loss due to heat transfer when the temperature of a material falling opening is controlled by a temperature regulation channel fitted with a supply block. SOLUTION: The supply block 6 fitted with the material falling opening 5 positioned at a supply port 4 and the temperature regulation channel 7 is engaged with the rear part of a heating cylinder 1 in which the supply port 4 is bored. In an injection apparatus in which the back of the supply block 6 is engaged with the tip face of a holder 9, and the heating cylinder 1 is connected to the holder 9, the heat insulating material 11 is installed between the contact surfaces of the supply block 6 and the holder 9. Heat transfer to the holder 9 is shut off by the heat insulating material 11 so that the temperature of the material falling opening is controlled efficiently. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
