PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinion cutter capable of reducing cycle time. SOLUTION: This pinion cutter 10 used for cutting a gear is provided with a rough gear cutting blade 21 on one side along the axial direction, and a finishing gear cutting blade 31 having a larger diameter than the rough gear cutting blade 21 on the other side along the axial direction.
