PURPOSE: A system and a method for monitoring and analyzing tone quality inferiority is provided to estimate a reattempt rate on the basis of reattempt calls in order to utilize it as the objective criterion and monitoring system of tone quality inferiority. CONSTITUTION: A system for monitoring and analyzing tone quality inferiority consists of a plurality of MSCs(M1-Mn), a charging data collecting server(10), a configuration DB server(20), a tone quality monitoring/analyzing processing part(30), a client terminal(45), and a remote web terminal(50). The MSCs(M1-Mn) transmit source charging data(CDR1-CDRn) to the charging data collecting server(10) as call data for the analysis of reattempt calls. The charging data collecting server(10) having a charging data DB(15) collects the charging data received from each of the MSCs in real time and transmits them to the tone quality monitoring/analyzing processing part(30). The configuration DB server(20) having a configuration information DB(25) provides system information and subscriber information to the tone quality monitoring/analyzing processing part(30). The tone quality monitoring/analyzing processing part(30) receives source charging data from the charging data collecting server(10) periodically, judges whether the originating call by each charging data is a reattempt call, and generates the summary information of analysis data for the monitoring of tone quality inferiority through the judged reattempt call. |
