The Reaction-less Mover is a new device in the family of the mechanical movers. It works un the principle of the effect of Antigravity, which appears with t he rolling the round and massive annular cylinder on the inclined plane upward, with its complete inertia. In contrast to the known of gyro, inertia, and others machines. the Mover creates progressive impulse of motion without being repulsed from any material substance (ground, water, air). This impulse is created due to internal forces of the closed system. This position makes it possible tin the new to glance at the field of application of a known law of physics since it completely corresponds to the laws of nature and is confirmed both theoretically and by the practically working model.
