PURPOSE: A return structure of a brake pad for a disk brake is provided to increase the braking stability by preventing the eccentric abrasion of the brake pad, and minimizing the abnormal noise when operating the braking system. CONSTITUTION: One end of a wear sensor(61) to be protruded outside a slide groove(15a) is formed in a plane. A combining hole(61a) is formed in the center part of the wear sensor to be separated from a back plate(16). A return spring(71) to be protruded toward the combining hole is extended in both ends of a guide pin(23) toward the back plate. An inserting portion(71a) to be inserted in the combining hole is formed in the end of the return spring by folding at a right angle. Thereby, the eccentric abrasion of a brake pad and the thermal transformation of a disk are prevented.
