PURPOSE: A low-molecular organic electro-luminescent device having an emission layer including a binder is provided to form an inflexible substrate and enhance stability of a film by forming the binder on the emission layer. CONSTITUTION: A low-molecular organic electro-luminescent device having an emission layer including a binder includes a substrate, a first electrode, an emission layer, and a second electrode. The emission layer includes a mixture of an emitting host material, an emitting dopant, and a binder. The emitting host material has the charge transporting capacity in order to transfer the energy to the emitting dopant. The emitting host material is selected from a group including carbazole, allylamine, hydrazone, stilbene, starburst, and oxadiazol.
