<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving control device for a hybrid vehicle for holding traveling stability of a vehicle by controlling output of a drive source in accordance with travelling states of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: Ones of front and rear wheels 8 and 9 are driven by a displacement-on-demand engine 2 in which cylinders can be halted in accordance with operating states of the vehicle and a first motor 3, and the others of the front and rear wheels 8 and 9 are driven by a second motor 4 in this driving force control device for a hybrid vehicle. It is provided with a means to determine required driving force in accordance with the operating states of the vehicle, a means to determine driving force of the first and the second motors in accordance with the operating states of the vehicle, and an engine control means to change the engine 2 from a displacement-on-demand state to a fully driven state in a case where required driving force in a displacement-on-demand state of the engine 2 is more than total driving force of the first and the second motors 3 and 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
