<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee security capable of restricting required functional processing by every user in multifunction office equipment capable of communicating with specific equipment which unitarily manages user information via a network. <P>SOLUTION: The multifunction office equipment is constituted so that image data to be read with a scanner 15 is stored, the user information is acquired from the specific equipment which unitarily manages the user information in the case of outputting the stored image data, propriety of a specific functional processing request to be requested is decided by collating the user information to be acquired with ID information to be read by a CPU 10 and operable operation pictures by every user are displayed on an operation part based on a decision result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
