<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for retrieving a contractor making contracts through two or more agents from the contract information of insurance companies and exchanging contacts of equivalent values between an agent intending to succeed a contact and an agent intending to transfer a contact. <P>SOLUTION: A contract system includes a customer system arranged on the side of a contractor, a dealer system arranged on the side of a dealer for dealing contacts of the contractor and a contact exchanging system arranged on the side of a contract company having contacts made by the contractor through the dealer. The contract exchanging system performs a procedure for equivalently exchanging contracts between dealers in order to integrate contracts dealt by two or more dealers out of two or more contracts possessed by the same contractor into a prescribed dealer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
