<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instruction device for giving instructions on whether a game should be stopped or continued. <P>SOLUTION: The game instruction device 1 is a device for giving instructions on a game of a game machine 5 to provide a jackpot game for providing a prize like a game ball and a collection game for executing a lottery of a jackpot game including collection of game balls for every winning of a game ball. The instruction device comprises a winning detection means S110 for detecting the winning, a collection game detection means S100 for detecting a collection game, a winning rate display level table (refer to Figure 8) for previously storing the information corresponding to the frequency of winning (winning rate), a shot ball number integration process S160 for finding the state of continuance of the detected collection game, and a winning frequency integration means S170 for finding the frequency of winning.
