PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing colored particles, by which resin particles can be colored in a high depth in a state little giving loads to environments without using an injurious organic solvent.

SOLUTION: This method for producing colored particles 11 comprises mixing at least two materials comprising resin particles 14 and a dye 15 in a supercritical fluid 16 or in a semicritical fluid and then vacuum-treating the mixture to dye the resin particles 14 with the dye.
