PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a cover 5 having a prismatic cross-sectional shape on the front face of a simple form light projector device, to cover the surface with a synthetic resin 6 to which an ultraviolet absorber is added, and to make the cover have insect control and fading prevention as well as a light hazard prevention function. SOLUTION: In the simple form light projector device used as a signboard and used at a working site or the like, the cover 5 having a prismatic cross-sectional shape on the front face of the simple form light projector device is installed, the surface is covered with the synthetic resin 6 to which the ultraviolet absorber is added, and insect control and fading prevention as well as the light hazard prevention function are provided.
