PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymerizable resin composition which simultaneously satisfies the long period storage stability of a pipe-lining material and the quick curability thereof, when cured, and has an excellent low odorizing property, to provide a pipe-lining material using the polymerizable resin composition, and to provide a method for lining a pipe with the pipe-lining material. SOLUTION: This polymerizable resin composition comprises (a) an unsaturated ester obtained by reacting an epoxy resin with an unsaturated monobasic acid or an unsaturated ester obtained by reacting an epoxy resin with an unsaturated monobasic acid and a polybasic acid, (b) one or more compounds represented by formula (I), and (c) one or more compounds represented by formula (II): 2,6-di-t-butyl-4-R<SP>2</SP>-phenol (R<SP>2</SP>is a 1 to 6C alkyl).
