METHOD FOR MOLDING BLOW MOLDED PRODUCT MADE OF RECOVERED POLYESTER RESIN AND BLOW MOLDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly and efficiently obtain a reusable blow molded product by using a used recovered polyester resin to increase the molecular weight thereof. SOLUTION: A resin composition is obtained by adding 0.1-5pts.wt. of a mixture, which comprises 0-100wt.% of a compound containing two epoxy groups in its molecule and 100-0wt.% of a compound containing three or more epoxy groups and is used as a binder, and 0.01-5pts.wt. of a metal carboxylate being a bonding reaction catalyst to 100pts.wt. of the recovered polyester resin. The molding method for the blow molded product is a direct blow molding method wherein the resin composition is kneaded/melted/reacted in a multi-screw extruder to suspend/form a cylindrical parison from a crosshead die and air is blown in the parison to expand the parison so as to allow the same to coincide with the cavity of a mold.
