PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for obtaining a molded product with a beautiful appearance without causing a molding defect in the thermal molding of a deeply colored foamed polypropylene resin sheet. SOLUTION: The thermal molding of the foamed polypropylene resin sheet is characterized in that a foamable polypropylene resin sheet is molded under heating so as to set the surface temperature of the formed sheet immediately before fitted in a mold to 135-165°C, a black colorant master batch containing carbon black is used as a hyperchromic colorant, a modified polypropylene resin is used as a substrate resin, and the foamed polypropylene resin sheet having a non-foamed layer comprising a thermoplastic resin formed on at least one surface thereof is used.
