PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minute quantity liquid scaling structure having a simple structure and quantitatively dealing with a minute quantity of a liquid in only simple operation. SOLUTION: After the liquid introduced into a first flow path is drawn into a third flow path, the liquid remaining in the first flow path is removed and the liquid having volume corresponding to volume of the third flow path is scaled by using the structure having the first flow path (the flow path A) and a second flow path (a flow path B) for respectively extending in the predetermined direction, the third flow path (the flow path C) open to a flow path wall of the first flow path and a fourth flow path (a flow path D) open to a flow path wall of the second flow path, coupling one end of the third flow path to the second flow path, having a wetproof property (or a property for relatively preventing capillary force) and narrower than the other three flow paths. If the second flow path is filled with the liquid, the structure also has a fifth flow path (a flow path E) comprising a flow path wall open to a flow path wall of the fourth flow path, narrower than or the same as the fourth flow path and having a wetproof property (or a property for relatively preventing capillary force).
