PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate fear of fire or burn by coming off of a guard, in a guard attaching/detaching structure of an electric stove. SOLUTION: The guard attaching/detaching structure has a body case 1 having an opening front surface, a heating element 2 disposed inside the body case 1, a reflector 3 disposed on the back surface of the heating element 2, and the guard 4 disposed in the front opening of the body case 1 so as to cover the front part of the heating element 2. A pawl 7 is disposed at one side of a frame body of the guard 4, an attach/detach operating piece 6 is disposed at one opposite side, and a hooking hole 9 is formed in the surface of the body case 1 facing the pawl 7 and the attach/detach operating piece 6.
