PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor hour and the cost necessary for maintaining and managing incineration facilities by performing the processing for preventing the scattering of dust in a dry method. SOLUTION: A coating film is formed on, for example, a furnace wall of an incinerator among work objects of the incineration facilities, by applying a hardenable substance by spraying. Further a coating film is formed on a filter cloth 95 of a bag filter 9 by charging the hardenable substance from a waste gas inlet 91 side while applying the negative pressure to a waste gas outlet 92 side. By applying this dry method, the scattering of dust can be easily prevented without damaging refractory brick and metallic members. Further as the waste water including dioxin and heavy metal does not generate, the labor hour and the cost for preventing the scattering of dust can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
