PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve with a grommet mounted to a mounting hole of a mounted member in a single operation. SOLUTION: A valve element 90 is stored in a valve housing 60 cylindrical as a whole, and a connecting pipe part 80 to which fluid piping is connected, is connected to one end of the valve housing 60, while the other end of the valve housing 60 is provided with an opening part 62 opened/closed by the valve element 90. The grommet 110 is mounted to the outer periphery of the valve housing 60, and the tip part 111 of the grommet 110 is extended onto the inner diameter side to enfold the end part on the opening part 62 side of the valve housing 60. A projecting part 64 is circumferentially formed at a part positioned at the inner periphery of the grommet 110 at the outer periphery of the valve housing 60, and a step part 115 engaged with the projecting part 64 of the valve housing 60 is formed at the inner periphery of the grommet 110. A cavity 116 is provided between the outer periphery of the valve housing 60 and the inner periphery of the grommet 110 on the opening part 62 side rather than the projecting part 64.
