PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof frame for covering external scaffolding on the periphery of a building under construction, which readily and efficiently implements covering by using a roof, and achieves a maximum effect, in order to prevent damage and adverse effect on the external scaffolding by water etc. due to raining and snowing. SOLUTION: An existing one-piece roof frame having an inclined frame which can adjusts the distance with respect to the building is set on an uppermost stage of the external scaffolding, and the roof and the other things are covered with a covering sheet mounted thereon by a simple mounting method.
