PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency acceleration cavity whose magnetic members can be cooled effectively and whose capacity value is not affected thermally. SOLUTION: The high frequency acceleration cavity comprises the first inner conductor 1a and the second inner conductor 1b which are formed cylindrically and disposed in series, an acceleration gap member 2 made of an insulator which connects the first inner conductor 1a and the second inner conductor 1b hermetically, an outer conductor 3 which covers these coaxially and forms a sealed space surrounding these, the plural magnetic members 4 having a disc shape which are disposed surrounding the first inner conductor 1a and the second inner conductor 1b wherein major face directions of the magnetic members 4 are orthogonal to the axis of the cavity, the first blasting means 5a which is disposed on a sidewall 3d of the outer conductor 3 and send a gas into the sealed space, the second blasting means 5b which is disposed on another sidewall and send the gas outside, and a cooling wind guiding means 6 made of dielectric having a low dielectric constant which are disposed in respective spaces between the adjacent respective two magnetic members 4 and guides the cooling wind toward the centers of the magnetic members 4.
