PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel suspending tool and a panel suspending method easy in attaching-detaching the, and superior in workability when lifting a panel. SOLUTION: This panel suspending tool is composed of a pair of upper-lower pipe bodies and a bolt body, and is characterized in that the pair of upper-lower pipe bodies have communicating holes communicating with each other; tapered parts mutually slidingly contacting in a wedge shape are formed in a lower end part of the upper side pipe body and an upper end part of the lower side pipe body for connecting these communicating holes; a nut part is arranged inside the lower side pipe body; the bolt body is composed of a base part, a locking part arranged on the upper side and a bar body for arranging a bolt part on the lower side; and the bolt body is screwed into the nut part by penetrating through the upper side pipe body and the lower side pipe body.
