PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roentgenography apparatus, preferable for use in roentgenography while a doctor performs curing, and positioning a patient in a height to easily work according to the curing contents. SOLUTION: This roentgenography apparatus is composed of: a table 12 of a bed 10 where the patient is placed; a table support device 60 having a function of inclining the table by a shaft right-angled in the longitudinal direction of the bed and moving up and down the table; an X-ray radiation device 250 located at a distance from the upper surface of the table above the patient side of the bed; and an X-ray detector 160 located below the table. The support device 60 has a lateral support supporting the bed from the side of the bed and a vertical support mechanism for moving up and down the lateral support, and the vertical support mechanism is disposed on one side of the bed and is positioned closely to the end part from the center in the longitudinal direction of the bed. The roentgenography apparatus secures a space for installing another treatment appliance without obstructing the movement and the curing work of a doctor in the periphery of the bed for curing the upper half body of a person (the patient).
