PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper/lower support connecting structure of a table or the like capable of securely and easily connecting upper and lower supports, each of which is formed with a wiring passage, without overlapping the supports while fitting a top board supporting bracket. SOLUTION: A long top board support leg 10A has a space formed with a wiring storage groove H and a cover body 18 for storing the wiring. The upper support 10a' and the lower support 10a are securely and easily connected integrally to each other by fixing an end cover EC screwed via bolts B3 and B4 engaged with an internal thread on the bottom of the upper support 10a' to the bracket 5 screwed on an external thread X1 on top of the lower support 10a via bolts B1 and B2, with a bolt B5 from the opening side of the upper support 10a'.
