<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly evaluate product development in a development evaluation device for evaluating the development of a product. <P>SOLUTION: The development evaluation device is provided with a development request transmission means 6a for transmitting a development request 13 received from a requester's terminal 3 to a consignee's terminal 4, a first time check list transmission means 6b for preparing a development evaluation planning document check list 14 in which development plans, intermediate evaluation plans and result evaluation plans received from the terminal 4 are integrated and transmitting the check list 14 to each terminal, a second time check list transmission means 6c for writing the evaluation results of respective plans in respective terminals which are received from respective terminals in the development evaluation document check list and resending the rewritten development evaluation document check list to respective terminals, a development determination means 10b for determining a development plan, an intermediate evaluation plan and a result evaluation plan for a product on the basis of change instructions including also the certification or plans of the evaluation results of respective plans in the corresponding terminals which are received from respective terminals, and a development implementation instruction means 10c which instructs development implementation based on the development plan determined by the determination means 10b to the terminal 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
