摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily bring an objective position of a specimen within a visual field of a transmission image. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a moving mechanism 6 for moving surface 5 of a table in x and y directions, arranged between an X-ray source 1 and an X-ray detector 3, a magnification rate changing means 7 for moving a table 5 along a direction of the X-ray source 1 and the X-ray detector 3, an image composition means 11 for forming one composed transmission image based on the transmission images obtained in a plurality of moving positions in a prescribed magnification ratio, a position assigning means 12 for assigning a position on the composed transmission image displayed on a display 9, and a moving control means 13 for controlling the moving mechanism 6 to bring the assigned position within the transmission image. The composed transmission image within a desired range including the whole is provided for the specimen 4 not kept within the visual field at the minimum prescribed magnification rate, and the desired position is assigned on the composed transmission image to easily obtain the transmission image capable of bringing the position within the visual field. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
