<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a high-level layout output for freely overlaying an application or document file, an optional form registered for every form, and print data. <P>SOLUTION: When a form association control part 107a determines a printing for associating the application or document file with a form, an association printing flag is set. When the association printing flag is set to ON and the instruction of registering the form is determined, the form is registered in a storage part 106 by a form management DB 107b.
