<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the probability of making an occupant of a vehicle recognize that information is updated in an information presentation device for presenting information from a center to the occupant. <P>SOLUTION: A transceiver 10 receives information transmitted from a center CRT, and a control device 30 stores the received information in a frame memory 35. The stored information is displayed on an indicator 70, and read out through a speaker 55.
