THICK FILM RESISTOR, ADJUSTING DEVICE THEREOF, AND RESISTANCE VALUE ADJUSTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick film resistor and a manufacturing apparatus thereof in which a resistance value can be selected from a wide range thereof by using an ink jet apparatus for a thick film resistor and a resistance value can be adjusted in the higher accuracy.

SOLUTION: The thick film resistor has an proximity part in which a plurality of resistance portions are allocated in the interval smaller than the diameter of a drop of the liquid injected from the ink jet apparatus. The proximity part is terminated by injecting the liquid including a conductive material to this proximity part. Accordingly, a resistance value can be set within a wider range and the desired resistance can also be set.
