<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize increment in amount of production and reduction in lead time by accurately determining the condition of production line, previously detecting irregularity, and taking an adequate measure to the detected irregulariy. <P>SOLUTION: A line condition display parameter setting unit 410 extracts and sets a plurality of parameters indicating the line conditions from a production control database 405 recording the information about the production line. A reference space generating unit 415 collects a plurality of sample data indicating the normal line conditions and generates the reference space for a plurality of parameters. A Mahalanobis distance calculating unit 420 collects the observation data at the desired time for the parameters from the production control database 405 and calculates the Mahalanobis distance. The line condition determining unit 425 monitors and diagnoses the line conditions using the time series data of the Mahalanobis distance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
