PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet-movable linear motor which causes no decrease of travelling stroke even if thrust is reinforced and also which is suppress in the increase of the cost accompanying the reinforcement of the thrust.
SOLUTION: This linear motor outputs a current application permission signal from the hole sensor 7 of a first coil unit 5a to each current application control circuit 9 of first and second coil units 5a and 5b, and applies a current to each drive circuit 6 and 6 of the first and the second coil units 5a and 5b via each current application control circuit 9 and 9 of the first and the second coil units 5a and 5b by the detection signals from the hole sensor 7 of the first coil unit 5a. Accordingly, in the second coil unit 5b, a hole sensor 7 and an encoder circuit 8 can be omitted and the whole circuit constitution becomes simple, and the cost reduction becomes possible. Moreover, since this is not the one which reinforces the thrust by increasing the length of a moving member, the travelling stroke does not decrease. It will do to apply a current to each drive coil 6 and 6 via the current application circuit 9 of the coil unit 5a.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
