PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio controller for enabling a remote control system with high reliability and confidentiality which is applicable to all types of radio equipment by utilizing conventional communication equipment at a transmitter side as is. SOLUTION: This radio controller minimizes the number of devices relayed without going through a base station and a network for reliable communication by radio equipment including mobile radio communication equipment such as a portable telephone to thereby make a communication path of the devices the shortest. Several kinds of radio signals received by a control part are stored in advance in accordance with a control mode, and hereafter, control corresponding to a stored control purpose is carried out when a similar signal is detected.
