PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock mechanism for a locking handle device using a padlock. SOLUTION: The locking handle device 1 is mounted to a frame part 21 provided on the side face of a door 2, to lock and unlock by engaging and disengaging a locking part 12 from an engaging part 31 provided at a box body 3, by a handle 11 derricking toward the front face of the door. When locking with the handle 11 brought down and positioned at the frame part 21 of the door, the handle 11 is put in a pull-up disabled state by a handle body 13 or a lock part 4a of a sliding hook 4 housed in the handle 11, and then the sliding hook 4 is locked by the padlock 5.
