PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bent part of a closed conduit, which can reduce manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: This bent part 1 of the closed conduit 3 is equipped with inner and outer wall parts 1c and 1d which are perpendicularly provided at a mutual interval in between, a top wall part 1b for coupling an upper end of the wall part 1c with that of the wall part 1d, and a bottom wall part 1a for coupling a lower end of the wall part 1c with that of the wall part 1d; the wall parts 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d are composed of a plate-like bottom wall member 13, a plate-like top wall member 15, a plate-like inner wall member 17 and a plate-like outer wall member 19, respectively; and the respective members 13, 15, 17 and 19 are assembled and formed into the bent part 1.
