PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic composition capable of keeping powdery sense of use by suppressing sticky feeling after perspiration, and also having deodorant effects. SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition contains water-absorbing polymer particles, an antimicrobial agent, and a deodorant. In another aspect, the cosmetic composition contains surface-hydrophobized water-absorbing polymer particles, and at least one kind selected from the group consisting of the antimicrobial agent and the deodorant.
