PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent energizing to a solenoid from being continued for a long time by eliminating an abnormality even when an abnormal state occurs where a triac is not turned off by a commutation failure. SOLUTION: When the abnormality occurs in the energizing of the triac 61 owing to the commutation failure, and energizing to the solenoid 34 is not stopped, a plunger 341 is kept drawn into the solenoid. Thus, an operation body 35 is not normally operated, so that a micro-switch 38 is not changed-over. In this case, a control part 50 determines that locking is not changed-over, so as to turn on the triac again. When the changeover of the lock is not detected in spite of twice-turning-on, it is highly probable that the triac 61 is not turned off by the commutation failure. Then a power source switch 62 is turned off for 0.3 seconds, and, the power source to the triac 61 is forcibly interrupted temporarily. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
