PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the storage stability of a water-in-oil-type emulsion explosive used for an industrial blasting work such as tunnel, stone crushing or mining. SOLUTION: In the water-in-oil-type emulsion explosive composed of an oxidizing agent aqueous solution, oil, an emulsifier and a micro hollow spherical body, as to the micro hollow spherical body, a glass micro hollow spherical body having true specific gravity of 0.10-0.35 and 99-100 vol.% water suspension ratio is used.
