<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe disinfecting device easily executing disinfection in a short time and being easily cleaned. <P>SOLUTION: This disinfecting device is provided with a body casing 1 having a disinfecting chamber 1a, a steam injection part 6 injecting steam on blades 2 from steam injection ports 7<SB>1</SB>-7<SB>5</SB>, a disinfecting object set part 3 formed with a knife set port 3a and a rasp set port 3b for inserting the blades 2 in the disinfecting chamber 1a and supporting handle parts, a solenoid valve 11 provided in a pipe for feeding the steam to the steam injection part 6 and a control part 13 releasing the solenoid valve 11 when a start button 13a is pushed down and closing it when a prescribed time is elapsed. The device is characterized by injecting the steam of 80°C-100°C to the blades 2 for a prescribed time, when the blades 2 are installed therein in a single operation, to disinfect and clean them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
