FIXING AGENT FOR BIORELATING SUBSTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing agent for easily fixing a biorelating substance to living cell or living tissue without damaging the living cell and living tissue and provide a fixing method with the fixing agent.

SOLUTION: The fixing agent for a biorelating substance contains 1-100 wt.% amphiphilic compound containing (1) one or more 15-23C unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon groups on one terminal, (2) one or more parts containing a polyoxyalkylene chain in the molecule and (3) one or more reactive functional groups on the terminal different from the terminal of the item (1).
