<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black pigment ink composition suitably used for inkjet, particularly a low-corrosive and stable carbon black pigment ink composition giving a printed letter excellent in marker resistance and fretting resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition comprises (A) a siloxane oligomer comprising a hydrolyzate of an amine-modified epoxysilane represented by general formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>is an alkyl group or a phenyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is an alkyl group; R<SP>3</SP>is an alkylene group; R<SP>4</SP>is a monovalent organic group; n is an integer of 0-2; and m is 0 or 1) and/or its derivative, (B) a carbon black pigment, (C) water, and (D) a water-soluble organic solvent. The ink composition realizes a high printing quality level of high optical density and excellent fretting resistance and marker resistance in the case of inkjet recording on a plain paper used at a general office and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
