<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cell which can decrease the production cost even if the inside of the air cell body is welded/fixed with a shape maintenance member, and its production method, and an air mat which uses such an air cell. <P>SOLUTION: A long air cell 13 is provided with an air cell body 20 which comprises duplicate sheet of a top sheet 18 and a bottom sheet 19 and a hanger 22 as a shape maintenance member attached inside the air cell body 20. And edge parts 22a of both sides along the longitudinal direction of the hanger 22 (both transverse ends) are welded/fixed with edge parts 18a and 19a of the longitudinal sides of the the upper sheet 18 and a bottom sheet 19 in a situation being supported thereby, and two lines of longitudinal welding rims P1 and P2 are formed inside the air cell body 20. Therefore, when the hanger 22 is welded/fixed to the inside of the air cell body 20, the manufacturing process of the air cell 13 can be simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
