<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human immunocompetent cell strain capable of being used in clarifying mechanisms in various phenomena in immune systems by using the human cell strain, retrieving food functions for the purpose of preventing, diagnosing, and treating diseases relating to the phenomena, and searching and producing new pharmaceuticals. <P>SOLUTION: This human immunocompetent fusion cell strain is obtained by selecting a 6-thioguanine-resistant clone from a human eosinophilic leukemia cell strain EoL1 and using ICLU-E which is a variant strain capable of being subjected to serum-free culture as a parent cell strain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
