PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal remote operation system capable of securely restricting a mobile terminal function only by transmitting a mail generated by a single remote operation by an operator without operation by a communication provider. SOLUTION: The remote operation system includes a mail reception means 403 for receiving mails transmitted from other terminals, a particular mail address storage means 405 for storing a particular originating mail address, a mail address analysis means 404 for analyzing whether the received mail is sent from the particular originating mail address, a command analysis means 406 for analyzing the command when the mail is transmitted from the particular originating mail address and the mail content represents a command, and a command control means 407 for executing the analyzed command. With the above means, even if the mobile terminal is presently unable to receive a mail, the remote operation content can be executed when receiving the mail after the mobile terminal becomes in the receivable condition, if only a remote communication terminal has been in service.
