INSPECTION CONNECTOR FOR WIRE HARNESS WIRING INSPECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection connector for wire harness wiring inspection capable of effectively preventing damage of a connector terminal on the wire harness side. SOLUTION: This inspection connector 5 has: a fitting housing 6 fitted to a connector 1 at an end of the wire harness 2; and capacity-coupling parts 7 connected to ends of respective wires 3 and respectively provided for the fitting housing 6 corresponding to respective connector terminals 4 mounted to the connector 1. Each capacity-coupling part 7 is equipped with a highly dielectric material 8 and electrodes 9 for respectively catching the dielectric material 8 from both its sides. Each electrode 9 on the side facing to the corresponding connector terminal 4 is provided with an extrafine contact 10 in contact with the connector terminal 4 when fitted. Each electrode 9 on the opposite side is provided with a lead wire 11 connected to an inspection circuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
