PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake device capable of restricting intake sound over a wide frequency range, reducing fitting manhours, and reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: This intake device 1 is provided with an intake duct 2 having an intake port, an air cleaner 3 disposed on the downstream side of the intake duct 2 to filter intake air, and an air cleaner hose 4 disposed on the downstream side of the air cleaner 3, and communicated with a combustion chamber. Inside the air cleaner 3, a cleaner built-in member 21 isolated from the inner part of the air cleaner 3 to be communicated with the intake duct 2 or the air cleaner hose 4 at one end, and opened to the inner part of the air cleaner 3 is contained. An outer wall of the air cleaner 3 comprises a doubly acting outer wall part also acting as an outer wall of the cleaner built-in member 21, and a dedicated outer wall part as the outer wall of the air cleaner 3 only. The outer wall of the air cleaner 3 has at least one penetration hole 5 opened over the doubly acting outer wall part and the dedicated outer wall part and closed with a ventilation member 6.
