PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely return an oil removed inside oil separation chambers to a cylinder head side without occurrence of problems such as rising of a manufacturing cost and increase of weight due to increase of the number of parts. SOLUTION: Recess parts 21 each of which hollows to the cylinder head side are integrally formed to bottom lid bodies 15 respectively forming the oil separation chambers 16A and 16B between the respective bottom lid bodies 15 and a head cover 10. Oil return openings 22 are respectively formed to side walls of the recess parts 21. Each of partition walls 23 inserted into each of the recess parts 21 is integrally formed to the head cover 10, and bending passages 24 are formed which are bent at vertically lower parts by the recess parts 21 and the partition walls 23, to respectively connect the oil separation chamber 16A with the oil return opening 22 and the oil separation chamber 16B with the oil return opening 22. With this constitution, the oil is surely returned to the cylinder head side by level difference of the oil staying inside the bending passages 24 without adding the parts other than the head cover 10 and the bottom lid bodies 15.
